Coffee is that drink that gets my day started; it wakes me up and puts me in gear. You have all different types of coffee: black, cold coffee, latte, expresso, and macchiato. The list I just gave you is small compared to the different ways in which people make their coffee.
I thought it was a good idea to start the article off with a few different styles of coffee. Now I’m going to show you how coffee helps you in the long run. It helps you live longer, with a smaller chance of heart disease and cancer. I was surprised to know that coffee is good for your brain health. Even though we like the benefits of coffee; these benefits are better when you drink it black. I can hear you now; coffee tastes nasty without cream or sugar; if you want to boost the health benefits, you need to drink black coffee.
Every good thing has a bad side, coffee is not exempt. Coffee can cause anxiety, panic attacks, the urge to use the bathroom more often, and an increase in blood pressure.
