Nature and Your Health

Nature is both beautiful and adventurous. Being in nature gives one a sense of peace and calm; as you soak up the sounds of animals making noises that they normally do. Along with the trees, rivers, and streams making a symphony of sounds. All of these sounds and scenery are the healing property of nature. I’m a city guy myself, but when I’m in nature; it gives me a chance to slow my thoughts down as well as to meditate. A lot of people get answers to life for themselves, along with other people with their questions about life situations in nature. People rob themselves of the benefits of being in nature by saying they can not be in nature because it costs too much to go there or they do not have time. To relieve this pressure on your mind, I suggest you go to a city park ( it’s free ). If you live in the country, just step outside your in nature. As far as your time, you can find an hour a week to be in nature. I love nature, even though I’m a city guy.

Nature has some amazing benefits to your health. I’m only going to list a few. Trees provide shade, cool the environment around them from the sun, as well as deflect its rays; they also filter the air from dangerous chemicals that could get into our lungs. Water helps provide transportation for some animals, along with hydration and a way to cool down on a hot summer day. Some plants provide healing properties and food for certain animals. Flowers that are pollinated help the animals, and the insects survive year by year. I’ve given you a few ideas about nature. Go out and experience it for yourself, I think you will like the experience.
